For decades, hundreds of helpless children have been horrifically raped, tortured and sexually abused in group homes across Washington State, including the notorious Boys Village, a group home operated by the Philadelphia Church in Seattle, Washington.
With more troubled children from broken homes needing more help than there are places for them, the state essentially “warehouses” kids. Their priority is keeping facilities open to clear their dockets, regardless of the known horrors taking place. Instead of investigating and closing these homes, the state turns a blind eye.

The nightmares of Boys Village need to be brought into the light. The State and churches running these group homes need to be held accountable.
