Wendy Cochran is the wife of Darrell Cochran and a dedicated partner in both life and work. She attended the University of Southern California and Cal State Hayward, where she graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice. With over 15 years of experience in the legal field, Wendy helped from the very beginning in the creation and development of the firm, serving as the original Firm Administrator until 2012. That year, she and Darrell welcomed their fifth child, Decker, marking a new chapter in her professional journey.
Encouraged by Darrell, Wendy went on to establish and lead what became one of the largest private pediatric speech and occupational therapy clinics in Washington State, serving as CEO for five years. After selling the business to spend more time with family, she returned to help Darrell in his practice, directing the marketing and branding efforts for Darrell and his team.
Wendy is an active member of the community, serving on the Board of Trustees at Charles Wright Academy and supporting the school’s Sports Boosters program. She and Darrell are proud parents of five children—Cooper, Cade, Skylar, Taylor, and Decker—each pursuing their own paths in healthcare, law, and academics. Whether it’s cheering from the sidelines or lending a hand in the law practice, Wendy’s commitment to family, justice, and service is unwavering.
Throughout the years, Wendy has shared Darrell’s passion for advocating on behalf of victims of traumatic injury. From preparing trial materials with their young children to providing steadfast support behind the scenes, Wendy and the entire Cochran family have stood as a unified team—devoted to making a difference for those who need it most.
