Cortney Feniello is a passionate and determined advocate for individuals who have suffered harm due to the misconduct or negligence of others. Her practice focuses on representing clients in complex cases involving physical and emotional injuries, as well as insurance bad faith. Whether she’s challenging insurance companies for unfair claim practices or pursuing justice for those facing life-altering trauma, Cortney is committed to ensuring her clients’ voices are heard and their rights protected.
Cortney earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from The Ohio State University, graduating cum laude. Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives through the legal system, she moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington School of Law, where she deepened her commitment to civil justice and sharpened her skills as a legal advocate.
Outside the office, Cortney can be found exploring the Pacific Northwest. She spends her free time hiking mountain trails, snowboarding during the winter months, and taking to the road on her Harley Davidson. Her adventurous spirit outside of work mirrors the tenacity and resilience she brings to every case she handles.
Cortney continues her commitment to advocating for clients who have been wronged, ensuring they receive the justice and compensation they deserve.
